I learned from my customers

During my early years, I was so busy keeping up with my growing business, I put my needs before my customers’ needs. As you can imagine, many got fed up and left.

That’s when I learned the most valuable lesson in business: never take a customer for granted.

Although that was a painful lesson, I am grateful I learned it early. Since then, everyone at Sierra Pallet works by the same principle: It’s not about us. It’s all about doing what’s right for your  business.
