FORKLIFT DRIVER

Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time
Status: Non-Exempt
Shift: Day
Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Monthly Bonus Program

Responsibilities:

Operating industrial sit-down forklift
Loading and unloading trailers of lumber and pallets
Dumping hoppers of wood waste into open top trailers

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience on sit-down forklift in a fast paced setting
Communication is key! Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Must be flexible to work overtime
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
Must have verifiable work history and references
Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work for scheduled shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

Supplemental Info:

This shift will be Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-3:30 pm. May require occasional weekend work.
Opportunities for advancement
3-5 days of guided training so you’re ready to go on your own *We do not train on how to operate forklift*
40 hours or more per week
